Noureen was born to parents from Georgia and is an American actor who has Indian origins. Her parents who are both from Pune, India have two sisters that she absolutely adores. Parents wanted their children to have the very best education, and so they ensured that their kids attended the best schools that was available throughout the USA. Noureen's Indian parents gave her Marathi Indian heritage. She was born 1984 in New York City, United States. The woman admits she is in love with her two sisters and how they are supportive of each other in all they undertake. She speaks fluent Hindi, Gujarati and Urdu. The passion she has for acting never wavered. After graduating from college, she moved to Los Angeles, California to pursue her acting professional career.
